Our NYC multifamily real estate platform seeks to acquire core-plus and value-add properties. We invest in mid-to-high rise buildings and own four properties totaling around $500mm in gross real estate value. We generally consider vintages from the mid -1950s to the early 2000s and target transaction sizes of $80-150mm.
